Pozdrav ekipa,

da li je netko možda imao ovaj problem? Znači kada pustim kvačilo malo naglije kada idem u nazad lupi mi nešto kao da je nosač motora otišao. Čak se taj udarac ne čuje kada se osluškuje u motornom prostoru, nego se čuje u kabini. Pregledao sam sve nosače motora i svi su ok. Jučer sam bio u jednoj istoj Hondi s istim problemom i čovjek nije isto znao što bi moglo biti. Njegova ima 140000 km a moja 220000 km i njegova jače lupi.

Da nije možda SUBFRAME, to je neki glupi donji dio na Civicu 8Gen, uopće na znam čemu služi, možda i ovaj noviji Accord 2008+ ima taj SUBFRAME, a SUBFRAME je zavidan za donji dio auta sa vijcima, ključ broj 17, neki duži vijci.

Ne znam da li moj Accord 2003-2008 ima uopće taj SUBFRAME, ali CIVIC 2006+ ima, vidi malo da li to ima tvoj Accord (pitaj google).

Taj zvuk se čuje samo kad je vani vruće i nakon duže vožnje autocestom možda?

Taj zvuk se čuje samo kad je vani vruće i nakon duže vožnje autocestom možda?

Nisam skužio da li je bitno da li je vani vruće, ali nakon dulje vožnje autocestom da. Znao sam dolaziti u ZG i kada u rikverc krenem lupi.

ista stvar je bila i meni na Accordu...pri laganom kretanju unaprijed ili unazad se čuo taj metalni "klonk" zvuk...al i kak sam prodo auto nisam se time bavio...kad sam bio kod Gonza u servisu u Sesvetama on mi je reko da se tu sigurno radi nečemu što je Kristian spomenuo, da subrame nije dovoljno dobro stegnut, da je najbolje kompletno sve skinut dole, očistit i zašarafit kak spada....amerikanci spopminju da osim subframea, stegnutost šarafa treba provjerit i na "upper control arm"...

 

Drugi razlog zvuka je moguć u sljedećem: očit mast koja podmazuje kuglaste zglobove nije dovoljno kvalitetna pa se na većoj temperaturi(ili vanjskoj ili onoj koja se kod kugli javlja npr. u slučaju duže vožnje autocestom) pretvara iz krutog u tekuće stanje i tada kugle počnu "lupat"...

 

Evo malo teksta s USA foruma o tome:

 

"Got a little more information from the tech today, tech line said that the ball joint has to reach 160 degrees plus before they make noise which means the outside temp has to be 95+, since this is not a safety concern they said they are not going to be taken immediate action. Tech line also said once the weather becomes cooler outside its not going to be an issue. So needless to say it is going to be a little while before we see a bulletin. He also said it might be the whole knuckle to be replaced not just the ball joint."

A TSB for this problem has been released... TSB# 12-041

"SYMPTOM
A clunk is heard in the front suspension while driving
over irregular surfaces and in hot weather. The noise
goes away temporarily when the vehicle is lifted in the
air (the suspension is allowed to hang) and then
returned to the ground.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The lower ball joint in the knuckle can make noise
during hot weather conditions.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace both of the front lower ball joints with the
service parts made to address this specific symptom. If
prior replacement, then replace both front knuckle
assemblies; press out the new lower ball joints from the
new knuckles, and press in ones listed in this bulletin."
